This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for DocuSensa, built and operated by Aviara Labs Private Limited. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Try Before you Buy
Every paid plan begins with a free trial so you can evaluate DocuSensa fully before you pay. We encourage you to upload a real RFP and run it through the whole flow, from requirement extraction to a grounded draft and export, during the trial. This is the best way to confirm the platform fits your team.
2. Refunds
Because DocuSensa is a digital service with a free trial, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. The free trial exists so you can make an informed decision before any charge.
If you believe you were charged in error, or you experienced a genuine technical failure that prevented you from using the service, contact us and we will review your case in good faith.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings to avoid future charges.
If you cancel partway through a billing cycle, you keep access until the end of that cycle.
Cancellation stops the next renewal, it does not retroactively refund the current period.
4. What Happens when a Trial Ends
If you do not upgrade before your trial ends, your paid features simply pause. Your account and content are retained for a reasonable period so you can return, subject to our data retention practices.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available here with the date it was last updated. Any change applies to purchases made after the change takes effect.
