These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DocuSensa, built and operated by Aviara Labs Private Limited. Please read them carefully. By using DocuSensa, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using DocuSensa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. If you use DocuSensa on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
2. The Service
DocuSensa is an AI platform for RFP and proposal automation and document data extraction. It reads uploaded documents, extracts requirements, scores bid readiness, generates drafts grounded in your approved knowledge base, and exports finished documents. Extractor Studio converts documents into structured data. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued as the product evolves.
3. Your Account
You must provide accurate, current information when you register and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
If you do not upgrade before your trial ends, your paid features simply pause. Your account and content are retained for a reasonable period so you can return, subject to our data retention practices.
Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
Upload content you do not have the right to use.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
Misrepresent AI-generated content in a way that violates the rules of a tender or procurement process.
5. Your Content and your Data
You retain ownership of the documents and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The DocuSensa platform, including its software, design, and content we create, is owned by Aviara Labs Private Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding without written permission.
7. AI-generated Output
DocuSensa produces a grounded first draft that you review and refine. It is a tool that assists your team, not a replacement for professional judgement. You are responsible for reviewing all output before you submit it. We do not warrant that generated content is complete, accurate, or fit for a particular submission.
8. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you select. Payments are handled by our payment providers.
Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice, effective from your next billing cycle.
9. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using DocuSensa at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or to protect the platform and its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
DocuSensa is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that output will meet every requirement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aviara Labs Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use DocuSensa.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, will have jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version supersedes previous ones, and the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
